Hi, I’m Erik Shiboski, a professional bassist and producer in Los Angeles with nearly 15 years of industry experience. I studied upright bass at the UCLA Herb Alpert School of Music under the mentorship of jazz legends Kenny Burrell, Ron Carter, Robert Hurst, and Dr. James Newton. I've toured and made records with some amazing artists since then. As a teacher, I focus on personalized mentorship—not rigid systems—to help you find success on stage or in the studio.
